ISO 9001:2000 Certified

Effective March 2, 2007, Quality Built received ISO 9001:2000 certification on its very first audit conducted by an independent ISO registration firm serving businesses around the world. We are very proud of this achievement, as this certification demonstrates Quality Built’s commitment to continuous process improvement in its entire organizational structure.

Quality Built is the only known construction risk consultancy that is ISO registered in the U.S.

What is ISO 9001:2000?
ISO is a world-wide standards organization that is widely supported by the largest companies and governments in 158 countries. Companies receiving registration acknowledgement undergo intense multi-day audits by a third-party company to verify compliance in virtually every business category. Auditors review written policies, procedures, and employees throughout the company to verify the company has a profound knowledge of its written procedures and its commitment to satisfying the customer. Not only were Quality Built’s internal quality standards and processes verified, its external field processes were scrutinized as well.
