Florida Statutes allow fee owners or contractors the option of using a Private Provider, such as an architect or engineer, to provide the mandatory building code compliance plans review and inspections for the structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of a building.

Quality Built has a large pool of Florida Statute §468 certified plan reviewers and inspectors available to provide high-quality and timely service. Our Private Provider Services also offers checks and balances from Florida-registered professional engineers who oversee the duties of our plan examiners and inspectors.
