Setting The Standard

Quality Built has more data on construction quality than any company in the world. It’s hard-earned.

Years ago, when insurance carriers refused to insure construction in California, we traveled to all the major financial centers in the United States, as well as those in London, Dublin and the Bahamas.

We met with insurance carriers and used this data to demonstrate that construction was not the blind risk they thought it was — provided construction companies implement proper quality control and inspection systems to assure quality. 

We rolled out our risk management program that has since become the standard for underwriting construction for over 30 insurance carriers. In fact, Quality Built created all of the compliance metrics that are used today by most insurance carriers.

Executive Team

Greg Rzonca, P.E.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rzonca is a highly experienced CEO and veteran executive of the testing, inspection, and certification industry, who has led multiple corporations across diverse industries, through transformations in their value propositions, operational efficiencies, organic and acquired growth strategies, and overall evolution. Throughout his career, Greg has led the scaling of best-in-class technical service organizations, with nationally based workforces, in field service business models. His collaborative, transparent and engaging style has been foundational in building organizations around strong cultures of employee engagement and customer focus.

An ardent believer in Value Innovation, Greg is highly regarded for his proficiency at designing and executing innovative, value-based strategies that have caused the transformational growth of the companies he has led.

Greg is licensed Professional Engineer, an NACD-certified Board Director, and former elected public official

Frank Ferrentino
President - Eastern Division
With a professional background as a Certified Building Contractor, RESNET Home Energy Rater, Florida Licensed Home Inspector, Florida Licensed Standard Inspector, and ICC Residential Building Inspector, Frank's technical work experience includes performing structural inspections to ascertain structural integrity and Florida Building Code and International Building Code compliance, reviewing submittals for code compliance, performing Property Conditions Assessments for Distressed Assets, providing Property Inspections for real estate transactions, developing windstorm mitigation programs, and providing energy performance tests for HERS ratings. He has first-hand knowledge of building science, having owned, and operated a residential building company, constructing over 50 custom homes. Frank is a graduate of Wingate University, with a Bachelor of Administration in Accounting, and resides in Deltona, FL with his wife and two daughters.

Adam Williams
President - Western Division
Adam brings over 25 years of expertise in the building material distribution industry to Quality Built LLC. Adam joins Quality Built LLC from Beacon Building Products, where he led sales teams, developed long term strategic partnerships with top national builders, and implemented key operational initiatives that resulted in record breaking growth in revenue and profitability in the national home builder space.  Adam is known for his extensive knowledge in the building material distribution industry as well as long-lasting relationships with his clients. His dedication to customer satisfaction has made him a trusted advisor and go-to resource for national builders and contractors. Adam is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Adam resides in San Antonio, TX, with his wife, Lindsay, and 5 children.

John Leonard
CFO
John has 22 years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer after an initial 8 years in public accounting.  His experience includes leading the finance efforts for multiple national and multi-national businesses.  From this background, he brings extensive knowledge of M&A activity, banking relations, system implementations, treasury management, and other leadership skills.  He graduated from Valdosta State University with bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business management and resides in Pensacola, FL with his family.

Renee Leonard
CHRO
Renee has worked in Human Resources Management for over 20 years and brings expertise in corporate compliance, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, organizational structure management, and strategic planning. She has led human resources teams for large corporations across a variety of business sectors. She is passionate about Human Resources and dedicated to creating a thriving employee culture with strong corporate values. Renee is a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a bachelor’s degree in HR Administration and resides in Fleming Island, FL. Renee enjoys spending time with her family, running races, diving with her oldest daughter, watching her youngest daughter in gymnastics, and traveling to see various lighthouses around the U.S.
