On January 9, 2018, Quality Built recognized Meritage for being a dedicated partner and for working with them throughout 2017 to not only improve the user experience with their data collection app, QB Builder Link®, but also to develop a portal that would allow the builder to input and revise their trade and Construction Manager contact information in their Quality Built system.
Meritage Homes is one of the few builders in the Quality Built program that works hands on to improve and better take advantage of the innovative builder solutions that QB has to offer. Meritage has acknowledged that their partnership with QB was established to help them continually improve, and it takes a team effort to craft the relationship in a way which allows the two firms to be successful together.
Through their teamwork, Meritage has helped QB make their digital signature process in their QB Builder Link app more efficient for builders, by establishing a ‘V’ for Verify button which acknowledges the trade correction of anomalies (Open Items) found during inspections. Meritage also understands that having the right information sent to the right people is crucial in the success of closing out Open Items in a timely manner. This is why Meritage worked with QB to develop a portal for builders to update their contact information in their QB system, ensuring that all automated reporting is being sent to the responsible recipient.
