Maracay Homes - Villages at Rio Paseo Wins the Technical Plan Review - Responsive Award at the QB Builder Awards for 2017

On January 9, 2018, it was announced that Maracay’s Villages at Rio Paseo community was the winner of the 2017 QB Technical Plan Review - Responsive Award. While Quality Built’s architects acknowledged that the plans for this project were well done to begin with, Maracay’s team expressed their commitment to quality by working diligently to make the plans even better. In fact, out of all of the suggestions for improvement that QB’s experts proposed, Maracay made a point of implementing 100% of them.
The Value of a Technical Plan Review
Elimination of construction risk can begin with the plans. A TPR of construction documents for recurring “hot spots”, constructability and performance issues can save a builder from a major disaster. In their TPRs, Quality Built provides their clients with a comprehensive analysis of their project documents; looking for errors, completeness of specifications and conflicting and/or missing details.
