Fort Lauderdale, FL (Feb. 08, 2018) – Established in 2011 in Los Angeles, CA, Pacrep, LLC owns and operates The Ritz-Carlton Residences and the Waikiki Beach condominium hotel project. Pacrep, LLC is committed to delivering a quality product, and has partnered with Quality Built, a national third-party QA inspection company with over 20 years of experience, to help make this happen. On January 9, 2018, it was announced that Pacrep was nominated for the Quality of Construction - High-Rise award at the QB Builder Awards 2017 for the construction of their Ritz Carlton - Tower 1 project. Being nominated for this award is a true honor, as Quality Built performed inspections on over 3,500 projects amongst hundreds of builders in 2017. Of the full-scope QA inspections QB performed in 2017 on high-rises, the Ritz Carlton - Tower 1 project stood out amongst other builders in its quality craftsmanship. Full-scope QA inspections provide a great representative sampling of a builder’s overall quality, as they address high-risk components including foundation, framing, exterior cladding, fenestrations, MEP (i.e. mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems), roofing systems and more.
